These terms govern your use of SocialHub365. By browsing this site you accept them, so please read them before you continue.

What this site is

SocialHub365 publishes editorial information, comparisons and ratings about third-party social platforms. We are a directory and review site. We do not provide, host, operate or moderate any chat, streaming, dating or social service, and we are not a party to anything that happens on the platforms we write about.

Eligibility

You may use this site if you are able to enter into a binding agreement and are old enough to use it in your country. Some platforms we cover are intended only for adults; you are responsible for meeting their age and eligibility rules.

Licence to use the site

You may read, browse and link to this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the page you took them from.

You may not copy, republish, mirror or resell substantial parts of the site, or use its content to build or train a competing product, dataset or machine-learning model, without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use automated tools to scrape, crawl or bulk-extract content from this site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing;
• attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls or other technical protections;
• frame, mirror or impersonate this site, or misrepresent an affiliation with us;
• introduce malware, or interfere with the site's normal operation;

The text we write, our ratings and comparisons, our layout and our graphics belong to us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only the limited licence described above.

Third-party trademarks

Names, logos and trademarks of the platforms we write about belong to their owners. We use them only to identify and describe those platforms, and we claim no ownership of them and no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership with their owners. See our Disclaimer for details.

No user contributions

This site has no accounts, no comments and no facility for submitting content. If we ever add one, these terms will be updated first.

Third-party content and links

We link to third-party sites and app stores. We do not control them, we do not monitor them, and a link is not a recommendation or an endorsement. Their content, moderation, safety practices, payments and privacy policies are their responsibility, not ours. Any dispute you have with a platform is between you and that platform.

Information about third-party platforms changes constantly and may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
