Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-06

SocialHub365 is a directory and review site for social platforms. We do not operate any chat, streaming or social service, and you do not need an account to use this site. This policy explains the small amount of information we do handle, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • We do not ask you to register, and there are no forms on this site.
  • We do not collect personal information about you unless you email us.
  • We use aggregate measurement, including Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
  • Links to the platforms we review take you to third-party sites we do not control.

Information you give us

The only time you give us information is when you contact us by email. That message contains your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it solely to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list. There is no account system, no comment feature and no submission form anywhere on this site.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, our hosting provider records standard technical request data such as the requested page, the time of the request, the referring page, and truncated connection information. These records are used to serve the site reliably and to detect abuse, and they are not used to identify individual visitors.

We also use aggregate measurement, described below, which counts visits and page views. Part of it sets cookies in your browser, and none of it is used to identify you by name.

Cookies and local storage

We set no advertising cookies. Google Analytics, described in the Measurement section below, sets its own cookies so that a returning visit can be recognised as the same browser.

The site also stores your light or dark theme preference in local storage. It stays on your device, it is not readable by us, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

Measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read. It is designed to work without cookies: it does not store identifiers on your device, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you.

We also use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google. It records which pages you view, how you arrived at the site, and approximate device and location information, and it sets cookies so that a return visit can be recognised as the same browser. It is used only to produce aggregate reports about which content is useful, and it is not used for advertising or profiling. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and may transfer it outside your country.

Why we process information

We process the information described above to operate and secure the site, to understand which content is useful in aggregate, and to answer you when you write to us. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and improving an informational website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising or profiling.

We use a small number of service providers who process technical data on our behalf: our hosting and content delivery provider, our measurement providers, and our email provider. Google is one of them and receives analytics data about visits to this site. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own contractual obligations.

When you click through to a platform we review, that platform's own privacy policy applies from that point. We do not send any information about you to the platforms we list.

International transfers

Our providers may process technical data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for such transfers.

Retention

Server request records are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, and are then discarded. Cookieless aggregate statistics contain no personal information and may be kept indefinitely. Google Analytics data is held by Google for a limited retention period and then deleted automatically. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections and is published as static files, so there is no database of user records to breach. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at admin@socialhub365.com and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable form.

To make a request, email admin@socialhub365.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We aim to reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Because we hold almost nothing about you, in most cases the practical answer will be that we hold only the emails you have sent us.

This site links to platforms and app stores we do not control. Once you follow such a link, the destination's own terms and privacy policy apply. Please read them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you are aware of it.
