Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to everything published on SocialHub365, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

What this site is

SocialHub365 is an independent editorial directory. We publish descriptions, comparisons and ratings of third-party social platforms. We are not a chat service, not a streaming service, and not a dating service. We do not provide, operate or supply any of the services we write about.

We are not affiliated with the platforms we cover

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorised by, operated by, partnered with, or otherwise connected to any of the platforms, apps, brands, app stores or companies mentioned on this site, or to their owners, affiliates or representatives.

We do not speak for them, we do not act as their agent, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement from them.

Trademarks and logos

All product names, platform names, logos, icons, brand names and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners.

We use them only to identify and describe the platforms we write about. We claim no ownership of any third-party trademark or logo, and their appearance here does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

We do not claim that we have permission, a licence or approval from any trademark owner for the way their marks appear here. We do not use logos as our own branding or in any way that suggests a partnership.

If you own a trademark or logo shown on this site and would like it changed or removed, email admin@socialhub365.com with the page address and we will act on reasonable requests, normally within a few business days, without requiring you to give a reason.

How our ratings work

Ratings, rankings and comparisons on this site are our own editorial opinion. They are not statements of objective fact, they are not measured benchmarks, and they are not reviewed or approved by the platforms concerned. They reflect our assessment of publicly available information at the time of writing, including store listings, official documentation and published reporting.

No platform pays us for a rating, a ranking or a place in any list.

Accuracy

Details such as features, pricing, availability, regional restrictions, age requirements and app-store status change frequently and can be out of date, incomplete or simply wrong. Always confirm anything important with the platform itself before relying on it. We welcome corrections at admin@socialhub365.com.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or professional safety advice. It is general information only, and any decision you make is your own.

External links

Links to third-party sites and app stores are provided for convenience. We do not investigate, monitor or verify them, and a link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or safety.

Third-party services and your safety

We do not moderate, monitor or oversee anything that happens on the platforms we list. Their conduct, content, moderation, safety measures, payments, subscriptions and refunds are their responsibility, not ours. If you have a problem with a platform, or with another user of it, that is between you and them.

This matters most in our 1v1 video chat and anonymous chat categories, where you may be talking to strangers. Take the same precautions you would on any such service, and read our safety guides before you use one.

Age

Some of the platforms listed on this site are intended for adults only. This site is not directed at children. You are responsible for respecting the age rules of any platform you use.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site, from your use of a platform you found through it, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes

We may update this disclaimer; the effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
